SALT LAKE CITY-In news that broke late Monday, COVIDA-19 is closing Salt Lake City’s Hogle Zoo until further notice.
While Hogle Zoo is closing to the public, they will keep their animal care team on hand to attend to the animals’ needs.
Administrative staff will also stagger schedules so that person-to-person interactions may be reduced.
Furthermore, the zoo will monitor government and health official advice to decide when it opens again.
The zoo stated it will honor pre-purchased tickets for any time during this closer at any future date in 2020.
Zoo memberships will also be automatically extended by the length of closure time.
