Wasatch County Health Department confirms that one Wasatch High School student tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus). An investigation is currently underway to determine the extent of the student’s contact with other students and staff, and we will update you as information comes in. In compliance with medical privacy laws, we are unable to share further details.
In an abundance of caution, Wasatch School District dismissed all teachers and staff from Wasatch High School and all other school buildings. Teachers will continue to work on our distance learning plan and will continue to be in touch while working remotely. Lunches will still be available for pick-up from each school location from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., with deliveries being made to Todd Hollow and Wallsburg Town Hall.
