SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, the University of Utah and Louisiana State University’s football programs confirmed a key future series against each other in 2031 and 2032.
The Utes will host the current defending national champion Tigers September 6, 2031 with Utah returning the favor September 11, 2032 by visiting “Death Valley” at Baton Rouge, La.
The Utes and Tigers have met twice previously on the gridiron. LSU leads this all-time series 2-0 with the Tigers besting the Utes in 1974 and 1976. Each of the previous two games were at Baton Rouge.
Under the guidance of athletic director Mark Harlan, the Utes have now set up 26 non-conference games between 2020 and 2032. This includes six games against SEC programs.
