HEBER CITY, Utah-The Salem Hills Skyhawks prevailed 73-66 over Wasatch in double overtime, spoiling Senior Night for the Wasps Friday at the Nest in Region 8 boys basketball action. The Wasps fell in overtime for the fourth time on the season. The regular season concludes for James Ballsteadt’s squad with a record of 8-14 and 6-9 in Region 8 play. The Wasps will learn their opponent in the 5-A state basketball playoffs in a game that wil occur Wednesday.

HEBER CITY, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps downed Salem Hills 41-37 Friday at the Nest in Region 8 girls basketball action as head coach Norm Hayter’s squad had a successfull Senior Night. Aspyn Neumann had 11 points and 8 rebounds in the win for the Wasps. Wasatch ends the season at 12-11 and 8-6 in Region 8 play.
