The Wildcats have suffered defeats in this tournament against Wright State (57-72) Monday and Murray State (68-69) Tuesday.
Under head coach Randy Rahe (267-157, .630) in his 14th season at the helm, Weber State is off to a 1-4 start and seeks some good vibes against the Huskies of the Colonial Athletic Conference this morning.
The Wildcats are currently scoring 69 points per game and surrendering 70.2 points per contest.
Senior guard Jerrick Harding (17 points, 3.5 rebounds per game) is the Wildcats’ leading scorer.
Former Wasatch Academy star, senior guard Cody John (10.8 points, 4 rebounds per game) also scores in double-figures on average for the Wildcats.
Freshman guard Judah Jordan leads the Wildcats in assists with 12. Junior guard Khameron Davis, a transfer from Pittsburgh, has a team-best 5 rebounds per game.
Davis, John and junior forward Michal Kozak, a Czech national, have four steals apiece on the season for the Wildcats.
Kozak also has a team-best six blocks for Weber State.
The Huskies are coached by Bill Coen (227-201, .530) in his 14th season at the program. He has Northeastern at 3-4 to start this season.
The Huskies score 73.6 points per game and surrender 68.4 points per contest.
Redshirt senior guard Jordan Roland (24.9 points per game) is a stalwart for the Huskies. Roland is tied for the team lead in steals (11) with freshman guard Tyson Walker (10 points per game, a team-best 20 assists).
Senior guard Brace Bolden has a team-best 5.9 rebounds for the Huskies and junior forward Tomas Murphy has a team-best 3 blocked shots.
