Summit County Sheriff Justin Martinez stated search operations have continued Thursday morning for Crumrine in the Lyman Lake area of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Martinez stated on his personal Twitter account that he and his personnel are grateful for the assistance in the search for Crumrine.
Per an Instagram post from Wasatch County Search and Rescue, a search is underway for a missing West Virginia man in Summit County.

Since October 14 at 5:30 am, 69-year-old Carl L. Crumrine has been missing when he left his campsite on foot.
He was reportedly headed toward Lyman Lake and was in the area for a hunting trip.
The statement confirms Crumrine’s hunting group went looking for him when he did not return to their campsite later that afternoon.
Crumrine is believed to have been wearing a camouflage shirt, coat, pants and an orange hunter’s vest with black trim.
He was also wearing muck boots, a camouflage hat with orange trim and a camouflage backpack. Reportedly, he also had a hunting rifle with him.
