HEBER CITY, Utah-Per a Wednesday statement on their Twitter account, Heber Light and Power has announced a new rate structure featuring new rate classes and an average 4 percent rate increase.
This increase is expected to impact the average residential bill by approximately $3.63.
Under this change, the base/customer charge for a residential structure is $13.70 as it is for residential/small commercial pumping.
For general service ( a small single-phase structure), the base/customer charge is $11.
General service charges for a medium structure total a base/customer charge of $40 and remain the same for a general service medium structure including pumping.
General service for a large structure with the base/customer charge is $77.
