OREM, Utah-Jose Reyes hit his third home run of the season and the Orem Owlz doubled up the Ogden Raptors 4-2 Saturday at UCCU Ballpark in the Owlz’ season finale in Pioneer League play. Morgan McCullough and Jeremiah Jackson each added RBI doubles for the Owlz as they conclude the season at 30-46. In his first start of the season, James Varela improved to 1-0 on the mound for Orem. Aldrich De Jongh and Imanol Vargas homered in defeat for the Raptors, who finish the regular season at 54-22. The Raptors’ 54 wins are tied for the most in Pioneer League history in the regular season. The Raptors commence the first round of the Pioneer League playoffs with a road date Sunday at Grand Junction at 6:00 pm
