SALT LAKE CITY- This week (June 12-15), reigning Miss Wasatch County Nina Tita competes at the Miss Utah Scholarship Pageant at the Delta Performance Hall of the George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Theater of Salt Lake City.
This event features 53 of the most charismatic, talented and erudite women across the Beehive State.
During the course of this pageant the women aspiring for the title of Miss Utah will compete in talent, on-stage question, evening wear and social impact initiative.
Scholarship dollars will be awarded for excellence in academics, service and artistic expression.
After three nights of preliminary competition, the judges will narrow the candidates to 12 finalists.
The winner of Miss Utah 2019 will represent the Beehive State at the Miss America competition.
