The Utah Highway Patrol says all lanes of U.S. 189 have reopened after crews successfully removed a tanker hauling butane that rolled into Deer Creek Reservoir near Charleston and Heber City. UHP confirmed removal work was completed Wednesday morning after first removing the tractor portion of the semi from the reservoir. No evidence exists that a harmful substance was released into the reservoir which provides water for much of Utah County. A mitigation team will reassess the circumstances of the crash, followed by a cleanup. The driver was uninjured. Reports suggest speed may have been a cause of the incident
