SACRAMENTO, Calif.-Saturday, former Wasatch High School track star Talem Franco progressed to the NCAA national championship meet next month.
Franco placed 10th overall in the men’s 1500-meter run (3:42.15) at the NCAA west regionals at Hornet Stadium on the campus of Sacramento State.
In so doing, he advanced to the national championships as the top 12 in every event progress to the championship meet.
