HEBER CITY, Utah-Jake Post came through with a bases-loaded RBI single in the bottom of the 7th Inning as the Wasatch Wasps outlasted Provo 5-4 Thursday in Region 8 baseball action. Aidan Magoffin tied the score 4-4 earlier in the 7th on an RBI triple to give the Wasps some life. The rubber match in this series is Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm as the scene shifts back to Provo High School. SPANISH FORK, Utah-Payge Armendariz homered and Charley Kelson added a double as the Wasatch Wasps blitzed Maple Mountain 11-4 in Region 8 softball action Thursday. Riley Arnold earned the win in the circle for the Wasps.
