SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Nick Greenhawt doubled and the Wasatch Wasps exploded for five runs in the top of the 7th Inning to rout Springville 8-1 Wednesday in Region 8 baseball action. Jake Post earned the win on the mound for the Wasps.

HEBER CITY, Utah-Charley Cluff and Charlie Kelson each homered and doubled as the Wasatch Wasps bested Corner Canyon 10-6 in non-region softball action Wednesday. Maclee McFee tripled for the Wasps, while Andrea Sweat, Paige Richins, Preslee Christensen and Riley Arnold all added doubles for the Wasps. Paige Armendaos earned the win in the circle for Wasatch.
