PROVO, Utah-Carlos Vargas scored twice and the Wasatch Wasps bested Provo 3-1 Tuesday in Region 8 boys soccer action. Wesley Carse also scored in the win for the Wasps. Victor Cervantes scored in defeat for the Bulldogs.
