TIMBERLINE ACE HARDWARE WILL BUILD

Timberline Ace Hardware will have a new building as the Heber City Planning Commission unanimously approved the design plans for the new location  in the Amsco Development behind Panda Express. Just shy of 20,000 sq feet the Timberline Ace Hardware will include 84 parking stalls, a small restaurant inside and patio seating outside. It will also include a driveway for customer pick-up and tree diamond landscaping for curb appeal in the parking lot. Construction will begin spring 2019.

Jamie Baron from the Heber City Planning Department presented the final design. “A lot of people have been anticipating this one, as I know they have purchased the property where the old high school used to be as part of the Amsco Sub Division some time ago. They made application and we have been working through the code with them. What they have seen to be successful and took that and considered it with the Board of Adjustment is the authority granted with them to approve that reduction (in discussion with the parking lot reduction) so they are showing what was granted to them, I believe it’s 84 parking units/stalls, as part of that condition they had to show landscaping plan as shown, including the tree diamonds.”
