CEDAR CITY, Utah-Wednesday, Southern Utah University’s women’s basketball team and head coach Tracy Sanders released the Lady Thunderbirds’ non-conference schedule for the upcoming season.
This schedule consists of four home games and five away games before the Lady Thunderbirds’ Big Sky Conference season commences.
SUU’s season begins November 7 as they host the San Diego Toreros of the West Coast Conference.
Up next for the Lady Thunderbirds is a 3-game trip in California as they will be at UC Riverside November 15, UC Irvine November 20 and UC Davis November 23.
SUU then hosts BYU November 27 and will face former conference foe Oral Roberts at Tulsa, Okla. December 1.
The Lady Thunderbirds will host Utah Valley December 4 and Denver December 8. Their non-conference schedule concludes December 19 at Boise State.
Their game against the Broncos at Taco Bell Arena will be a solid test as they have won the Mountain West’s automatic NCAA Tournament bid for the past two seasons.
