IRON COUNTY, Utah-Per a report from Fox 13 of Salt Lake City, an Orderville man was pronounced dead after an early Wednesday morning crash 13 miles south of Cedar City.
The report states that 21-year-old Joshua M. Caruso of Orderville, around 3:00 am MDT Wednesday morning, was driving southbound in a Dodge Neon in the outside travel lane.
The inside travel lane was closed for paving at this time, per a report from the Utah Highway Patrol.
For an unknown reason, the driver veered into the closed lane, colliding with the back of a large sweeper truck.
The driver of the sweeper truck was not seriously injured in the incident.
