HEBER CITY, Utah-Last Friday, per a report in the Wasatch Wave, a mock crash scenario occurred at Wasatch High School, giving students an eye-opening experience concerning the dangers of distracted driving.
Wasatch High Students were afforded the chance to see a mock crash unfold and witness for themselves the dangers of doing so.
In another hypothetical situation, a mock incident saw a student die because of distracted driving.
This event was cosponsored by the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office, Heber City Police Department, the Utah Highway Patrol, Wasatch County Fire and EMS, the Heber Valley Funeral Home and the Wasatch County Health Department.
