(Salt Lake City, UT) — New data from recent years shows that road rage incidents seem to increase in the month of March. After a new state law allowed police to add a road rage enhancement, a pattern started to emerge. KUTV says March of last year had the largest number of road rage enhancements for 2025. So far this year, March once again has the largest number. That data only reflects reports from the UHP. It’s not clear why March sees a spike, but one theory centers around drivers returning to the roads after winter.
