SOUTH JORDAN, Utah-Christian Moore’s 2-RBI double in the bottom of the 12th Inning lifted the Salt Lake Bees to a 9-8 win over Sugar Land Wednesday at The Ballpark at America First Square in Pacific Coast League play.
Moore and Nelson Rada also homered in the win for the Bees, who have won four out of their last five in improving to 7-10 on the season.
Dylan Phillips netted two strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Salt Lake.
CJ Alexander and Jack Winkler homered in the loss for the Space Cowboys, who fell to 10-7. The Bees can secure at least a series split with a win Thursday at The Ballpark at America First Square. Opening pitch is slated for 6:35 pm.
