SOUTH JORDAN, Utah-Victor Bericoto and Will Brennan homered and the Sacramento River Cats downed the Salt Lake Bees 9-5 Sunday at the Ballpark at America First Square to secure a series split.
Will Bednar netted three strikeouts in one inning of work to earn the win on the mound for the River Cats.
Trey Mancini homered in the loss for the Bees.
The Bees return to action Tuesday at 6:35 pm at Reno for a six-game series against the Aces.
