ARLINGTON, Texas-Monday, Utah Tech redshirt sophomore Chance Trujillo was named the WAC player/newcomer of the week.
In last Thursday’s 87-84 double overtime win over Texas-Arlington, Trujillo posted a career-high 22 points on 4/7 behind the arc.
Trujillo and his Utah Tech teammates return to action Thursday by hosting Utah Valley in the latest installment of the Old Hammer Rivalry.
