SALT LAKE CITY-Sunday, Utah head football coach Morgan Scalley announced the addition of Inoke Breckterfield as the Utes’ new defensive line coach.
Breckterfield has previously worked as the defensive line coach at Baylor, Washington and Vanderbilt.
He broke into coaching from 2006-2008 as a volunteer and graduate assistant at Oregon State and served as the defensive line coach at Weber State in 2009.
Breckterfield starred at Oregon State, earning third-team All-American honors as a senior in 1998. He later played in the CFL for the Toronto Argonauts (1999-2000) and Winnipeg Blue Bombers (2001-2003).
He is a 1998 graduate of Oregon State.
