Cox Reflects On 2025

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Governor Spencer Cox says 2025 will go down as a year for builders. He released a video Wednesday reviewing the development projects that took place last year. He says the goal is to build 150-thousand new homes by the end of 2028. That includes 35-thousand starter homes. Cox adds “we’re just getting started.”
