(St. George, UT) — Utah is among the safest states in the US. That’s according to a recent study from finance website WalletHub, which ranked all 50 states on several factors from crime to financial categories. That includes assaults per capita and the number of unemployed residents. The Beehive State was ranked 5th overall, receiving high marks for roadway and workplace safety. Only Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine were considered more safe.
