Aviators Ground Bees Saturday

LAS VEGAS-Luke Mann homered and the Las Vegas Aviators got past Salt Lake 6-4 Saturday at Las Vegas Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play. Michel Otañez recorded a strikeout in one inning of work to earn the win on the mound for Las Vegas. Niko Kavadas hit his 28th homer of the season in the loss for the Bees. Following Saturday’s results, the Aviators improved to 83-66 and the Bees fell to 64-84. The Bees’ regular season concludes Sunday at 1:05 pm as they play Las Vegas in the final game of this series at Las Vegas Ballpark. The Aviators go for the series win Sunday while the Bees hope to salvage a split as their season concludes.
