(Salt Lake City, UT) — Michael Hermosillo had a big night at the plate as the Bees clobbered Sacramento 12-3 at Smith’s Ballpark.
Hermosillo had a triple, two homers, and six RBI in the rout. Nolan Fontana and Chris Carter also went deep for Salt Lake City as it improved to 8-and-5. Reliever Taylor Cole got credit for the win.
The teams play the second of four today at Smith’s Ballpark, first pitch is set for 12:05 p.m.
