Utah Average For Military Retirees

(St. George, UT) — Transitioning from military to civilian life can be difficult, but it appears Utah doesn’t make it easier. That’s according to a recent study by finance website WalletHub, which ranked the best and worst states for military retirees. It looked at several pieces of data, including the number of veterans per capita, job opportunities, and VA health facilities. Utah was ranked 29th overall on the list, although it cracked the top five in the economic environment category. South Carolina was ranked first in the study.
