(St. George, UT) — A new study is labeling Utah as the most dangerous state for cyclists. Personal injury law firm KaplunMax looked at data to determine which states were the safest for people who ride bicycles. That includes numbers concerning air quality, infrastructure, crashes, and laws. After putting it all together, Utah received the lowest score in the country thanks to having a high rate of cycling deaths and low federal funding for cycling. The study comes as cyclists celebrate National Bike to Work Week.
