SOUTH JORDAN, Utah-Dalton Rushing homered and the Oklahoma City Comets edged Salt Lake 4-3 Tuesday in the series opener at The Ballpark At America First Square in Pacific Coast League play.
Bobby Miller posted three strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Comets.
Matthew Lugo homered in the loss for the Bees.
Following Tuesday’s results, the Comets improved to 15-7 while the Bees fell to 10-12.
The squads return to action Wednesday for the second game of the series at 6:35 pm at The Ballpark At America First Square.
