LDS Church Announces 15 New Temples As General Conference Concludes

(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is planning to build 15 new temples in cities around the world. The Church concluded its April General Conference today by announcing the locations of the new temples.

The temples will be built in the following locations:

  • Reynosa, Mexico
  • Chorrillos, Peru
  • Rivera, Uruguay
  • Campo Grande, Brazil
  • Porto, Portugal
  • Uyo, Nigeria
  • San Jose del Monte, Philippines
  • Nouméa, New Caledonia
  • Liverpool, Australia
  • Caldwell, Idaho
  • Flagstaff, Arizona
  • Rapid City, South Dakota
  • Greenville, South Carolina
  • Norfolk, Virginia
  • Spanish Fork, Utah
