Hurricane Invitational @ Hurricane High School
HURRICANE, Utah-Austin Brown, Kolden Hafen and Blake Sweat drove in three runs apiece and the Wasatch Wasps routed Logan 13-3 Saturday at the Hurricane Invitational at Hurricane High School. Bridger Shaw drove in two more runs for the Wasps in victory and Micah Dahl and Grant Mahoney added an additional RBI apiece in the win for Wasatch. Hafen posted four strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Sam Smith recorded a pair of RBI in the loss for the Grizzlies.
HURRICANE, Utah-Bridger Shaw drove in three runs and the Wasatch Wasps doubled up Hurricane 12-6 Saturday at the Hurricane Invitational to improve to 3-1 on the season. Blake Sweat and Otis Sweat drove in two runs apiece in the victory for the Wasps. Austin Brown, Kolden Hafen and Braxton Faller drove in an additional run each for Wasatch in the win. Max Livingston posted three strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Brycen McCauley and Zane Staley drove in two runs apiece in defeat for the Tigers.

Red Rock Tournament @ St. George
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Liana Jones and Brynnlie Pickett drove in three runs apiece and the Wasatch Wasps routed Canyon View 11-1 Saturday at the Red Rock Tournament to secure their first win of the season. Brylee Smith, Berlyn Brown and McKenna Olney drove in an additional run apiece in victory for the Wasps. Bell posted six strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Wasps. Elli John drove in a run in the loss for the Falcons.
ST. GEORGE, Utah-Bailey Lee homered and the Desert Hills Thunder pounded Wasatch 9-1 at the Red Rock Tournament Saturday. Lulu West netted eight strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Desert Hills. Oakley Lloyd drove in a run in defeat for the Wasps.
