Trump’s Pardons Impact Utahns Convicted in Capitol Riot

(Washington, D.C.) — President Donald Trump’s Inauguration Day pardons have directly affected 18 Utahns convicted or charged in connection to the Capitol riot. One of them, activist John Sullivan, has been released from prison after being convicted of having a weapon at the Capitol. Brad Bokoski, also from Utah, and his son, who were convicted of nonviolent misdemeanors and serving probation, have been exonerated.
