SALT LAKE CITY-Chad Wallach homered and the Salt Lake Bees overpowered Round Rock 14-4 Sunday to secure the series split at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.
Kenny Rosenberg posted three strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.
Blaine Crim, Sandro Fabian and Justin Foscue homered in the loss for the Express.
Following Sunday’s results, the Bees improved to 60-65 while the Express fell to 62-62.
The Bees return to action Tuesday at 6:05 pm at Sugar Land to start a six-game series against the Space Cowboys.
