SALT LAKE CITY-Keston Hiura and Eric Wagaman homered and the Salt Lake Bees downed the Round Rock Express 9-6 Tuesday in Pacific Coast League play at Smith’s Ballpark.
Kenny Rosenberg posted seven strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.
Justin Foscue, Sandro Fabian and Blaine Crim homered in the loss for Round Rock.
Following Tuesday’s results, the Bees improved to 58-62 while the Express fell to 59-60.
The squads return to action Wednesday at 6:35 pm at Smith’s Ballpark for the second game in this series.
