Tuesday, Utah State senior tailback and BYU sophomore tailback LJ Martin were named to the Doak Walker Award Watch List.
This award is annually bestowed upon the nation’s premier running back by the PwC SMU Athletic Forum.
Faison ran for 736 yards on 118 carries (6.2 yards per carry) and five scores last season for the Aggies.
In his freshman campaign for the Cougars, Martin ran for 518 yards and four scores.
