Brett Kerry posted three strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.
Ryan Noda and Drew Lugbauer homered in the loss for the Aviators.
With Saturday’s win, the Bees took the lead in this series over the Aviators at 3-2 and improved to 28-39.
Las Vegas slumped to 34-34 in defeat.
The Bees go for the series win and the Aviators seek to salvage a split Sunday at 1:05 pm at Las Vegas Ballpark.
