LAS VEGAS-Jason Martin, Chad Wallach and Keston Hiura each homered and the Salt Lake Bees downed Las Vegas 9-4 Friday at Las Vegas Ballpark.
Davis Daniel posted eight strikeouts in 6.2 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.
Drew Lugbauer, Armando Alvarez, Tyler Nevin and Carlos Pérez each drove in a run in the loss for the Aviators.
Following Friday’s results, the series is tied at two games apiece and the Bees improved to 27-39 while the Aviators fell to 34-33.
The squads return to action Saturday at 8:05 pm at Las Vegas Ballpark.
