LAS VEGAS-Keston Hiura homered and the Salt Lake Bees downed Las Vegas 5-3 Wednesday at Las Vegas Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.
Zach Plesac posted two strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Bees.
Armando Alvarez homered in the loss for the Aviators.
Following Wednesday’s results, the Bees improved to 26-38 while the Aviators fell to 33-32.
The squads return to action Thursday at 8:05 pm at Las Vegas Ballpark.
