TACOMA, Wash.-Nick Solak and Brian Anderson each homered and the Tacoma Rainiers doubled up Salt Lake 8-4 Saturday at Cheney Stadium in Pacific Coast League play.
Casey Lawrence posted 10 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Rainiers.
Bryce Teodosio homered in the loss for the Bees.
Following Saturday’s results, the Rainiers improved to 24-20 as the Bees slumped to 18-25.
The series concludes Sunday at Tacoma with a 2:35 pm opening pitch at Cheney Stadium.
