TACOMA, Wash.-Blake Hunt homered and the Tacoma Rainiers bested Salt Lake 8-5 Tuesday at Cheney Stadium in Pacific Coast League play.
Emerson Hancock recorded two strikeouts in six innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Rainiers.
Charles Leblanc homered in defeat for the Bees.
Following Tuesday’s results, the Rainiers improved to 22-18 and the Bees fell to 16-23.
The squads return to action Wednesday at 7:05 pm at Cheney Stadium.
