PROVO, Utah-Bridger Shaw drove in four runs and the Wasatch Wasps dismantled Timpview 9-4 Tuesday in Region 7 baseball play. Grant Mahoney and Braxton Faller drove in two more runs apiece in the win for the Wasps. Jacob Bradshaw added another RBI in victory for Wasatch. Blake Sweat recorded 3 strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wasps. Elliot Myers, Ty Wester and Will Cannon each drove in a run in the loss for the Thunderbirds.

HEBER CITY, Utah-The Wasatch Wasps swept Springville 3-0 Tuesday in Region 7 boys volleyball play at The Nest. The Wasps prevailed over the Red Devils 25-20, 25-22, 25-19 to obtain the straight sets victory.
