OKLAHOMA CITY-Kevin Padlo and Ryan Ward homered and the Oklahoma City Baseball Club secured a series win over Salt Lake with a 4-1 win Sunday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
Landon Knack posted eight strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Oklahoma City.
Chad Wallach drove in a run in the loss for the Bees.
Oklahoma City improved to 20-13 on the season while Salt Lake slumped to 11-21.
The Bees return to action Tuesday at 6:35 pm at Smith’s Ballpark to open up a 6-game series against the Sacramento River Cats.
