OKLAHOMA CITY-Kody Hoese and Kevin Padlo homered and the Oklahoma City Baseball Club routed Salt Lake 9-3 Wednesday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
Dinelson Lamet posted seven strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for Oklahoma City.
Hunter Dozier, Zach Humphreys and Elliot Soto each drove in a run in the loss for the Bees.
Following Wednesday’s results, the Oklahoma City Baseball Club improved to 17-12 and the Bees fell to 10-18.
The squads return to action Thursday at 6:05 pm at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark for Game 3 of this six-game series.
