SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Ashlynn Cox and Ryann Haveron each homered and the Springville Red Devils blanked Wasatch 8-0 in Region 7 softball play Tuesday. Haveron earned the win in the circle for the Red Devils, netting 12 strikeouts in 7 innings of work.

SPANISH FORK, Utah-Cole Simpson and Liam Davis each scored a pair of goals and the Wasatch Wasps dismantled Maple Mountain 5-1 Tuesday in Region 7 boys soccer play. Jayden Cosper also scored in the victory for Wasatch.
