SALT LAKE CITY-Bryce Tedosio recorded the game-winning RBI in the bottom of the 9th Inning and the Salt Lake Bees outlasted Reno 8-7, breaking a 7-game losing streak, Saturday at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.
Willie Calhoun also homered in victory for the Bees, who used a 6-run 9th Inning to pull out the win.
Amir Garrett pitched one inning for Salt Lake and earned the win.
Albert Almora Jr. and Andrés Chaparro drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Aces.
Following Saturday’s results, the Bees improved to 7-13 and the Aces fell to 10-9.
The series concludes Sunday at 1:05 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.
