A.I. Revenge Porn Bill Proposed In Legislature

(Salt Lake City, UT) — A new bill proposed in the legislature would define sexually explicit images of people without their consent as revenge porn. Democratic Senator Karen Kwan has proposed the bill that would close a loophole in the current terms of the anti-deep fake porn law. Currently an entirely AI created deepfake does not apply to the law.
