CEDAR CITY, Utah-Wednesday, Southern Utah University football brought in Brad Robbins as the Thunderbirds’ new offensive coordinator.
Robbins comes to SUU from Tennessee Tech where he served as the Golden Eagles’ receivers coach and passing game coordinator.
Robbins has a degree in business administration from Virginia-Wise and a master’s in student affairs from The University of Virginia.
Robbins began his coaching career with the Cavaliers and moved on to the Virginia Military Institute followed by Charleston Southern University and NCAA Division II North Greenville.
Thunderbirds head coach DeLane Fitzgerald stated Robbins “brings a great and innovative mind to our offense.”
Fitzgerald believes Robbins will bring an “exciting and high-scoring offense” to the Thunderbirds’ program.
