Utah National Parks New Crowd Control Measures Has Feeder Cities Nervous

(St. George, UT) — Local businesses are worried that new crowd control measures involving Utah’s Mighty Five will hurt their cities economy. Since 2020 the national park serves has been working to create a new virtual system that has people in a cue with timed visiting days and hours. Hotel owners in remotes cities outside of the parks are worries these adjusted times and schedules will take away people who come and visit there towns. This comes as visitation numbers have been down since 2021 for every park except Bryce Canyon.
