OREM, Utah-Steven LaPray and Jack Johnson had 11 points apiece and the Wasatch Wasps downed Timpanogos 61-50 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Sam Lind’s game-high 19 points led the Wasps in the loss.
The Wasps return to action Tuesday by visiting the Mountain View Bruins Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

Shannon Johnson Tournament @ Uintah High School
VERNAL, Utah-Filifaiesea Liava’a led the way with 16 points and the Wasatch Wasps drilled Union 66-17 Friday at the Shannon Johnson Tournament at Uintah High School. Kayla Miller led the Cougars in defeat with 8 points.
